Love my 2nd planner from this company. They always do amazing work. I also got my shipment in a timely manner. However, the courier left much to be desired. Two packages were very damaged. One was so damaged, it was completely open upon arrival. This also damaged several planners. Speaking of arrival. The courier delivered less than half of my shipment and placed them BEHIND my front door where my camera is unable to detect. The tracking # I had never worked.
